Price of Product

Price indicated on each page depending on visitors’ country. We detect visitors’ country, using geolocation, and use that information to show prices and pre-populate the billing and shipping address at checkout.

Taxes & Duties

VAT is included to the displayed prices, according to the the VAT rate of each EU country. There is no VAT charge when the products are shipped to Non-EU countries, but there might be custom fees and/or import VAT at the point of delivery, which is beyond our responsibility.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery area and weight. It will be displayed during the checkout process, before you confirm payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on availability and the delivery area. Estimated shipping dates indicate the expected delivery time from our vendors. If your order contains pre-order items it will be dispatched when all the items become available for shipping in one package. If you want to ship the already available items separately with extra cost, please contact us. Audio equipment items are build-to-order and shipped in a separate package.

Warranty

All the Audio Equipment are granted a warranty period, depending of the manufacturer’s specifications. For some products you should register them online on the manufacturer’s page to extend the period of warranty. Please note: the guarantee does not cover damages arising from improper use of the device. Also excluded from warranty coverage are such devices which were opened or on which repair attempts or modifications were performed by third parties. Liability for consequential damages arising thereof is excluded.

Returns

Returns will not be accepted due to the customer’s personal preferences. In the event an article is sent back to Greece due to the recipient being absent for a long period, taxes or customs charges not being paid, a refund for the order will be paid, however shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Dames and Loss

When shipping an order, we do not take any responsibility for damage or losses caused during shipping. Products are shipped from Greece by DHL, ELTA Hellenic Post or Geniki Taxydromiki (postal service company) until reaching the destination country, after reaching its destination country, orders will be handled by delivery methods designated by the customer, being handled by postal workers or DHL workers in the country in question. In the event of delivery problems, generally the recipient should make inquiries with local postal workers.
